Abstract:
The report examines the challenges facing modern organizations related to the process of digitization and automation of their business operations. The development of the technology, as well as the dynamics of business, requires companies to respond effectively to the new requirements of the environment. Often, this process goes through different stages, including digital transformation and acquisition of new skills by employees. The report analyzes the potential risks of integrating different software, as well as examines global best practices for managing digital transformation.
