Expert Crisis Center as a Tool to Support Crisis Management in the Organizations

Abstract: The proposed paper probes into the system for management decision making in manufacturing enterprises. Provided is a functional - structural model of an expert anti-crisis centre supporting the activities carried out by the corresponding experts, analysts and managers in their decision making process in the event of crisis occurrence and its effective prevention. Advanced is a methodology for the gradual phase construction and institutionalization of expert anti-crisis centres within the organizations.
