Abstract:
In this publication, we present an author's reading of the dynamics in the development of modern entrepreneurship. The research covers issues of corporate entrepreneurship starting from the mid-1980s, followed by intrapreneurship, entrepreneurial management, social entrepreneurship until the emergence of the modern content of entrepreneurship, namely - entrepreneurial competence. Reshaping circular economy business models challenge the limitations of applied entrepreneurship theory. This fact necessitates a change in the search for new, adequate, rational, scientifically based theories that meet the needs of sustainable development.
