Developing Tourism in Vietnam Under the Trend of Green Growth and Green Investment

Abstract: The global tourism industry is waking up to the risks of environmental pollution caused by tourism activities. Therefore, Green Tourism is becoming an important and attractive trend, and it is also an opportunity to protect natural resources, maintain environmental balance and promote sustainable development. Vietnam, with its amazing natural beauty and unique cultural heritage, has great potential to develop green tourism. However, to achieve this goal, Vietnam needs to face challenges and have the right solutions. The article focuses on evaluating the current status of green tourism in Vietnam, highlighting the advantages and limitations that exist in the development process, from which the author proposes some to promote tourism development towards green investment, green growth and sustainability.
