Abstract: This report examines the impact of culture on the guest experience in the hospitality industry, highlighting how cultural factors shape guest expectations, interactions, and overall satisfaction. As hospitality becomes increasingly global, understanding the influence of cultural backgrounds on guest preferences and behaviors is crucial for providing personalized and high-quality service. The report explores various aspects of culture, including communication styles, social norms, traditions, and values, and their effect on guest perceptions of service, comfort, and hospitality. Through case studies and industry examples, the report demonstrates how businesses can adapt their services to accommodate diverse cultural needs, leading to higher levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. By recognizing and addressing the nuances of cultural differences, hospitality providers can create more meaningful and memorable experiences for their global clientele.
