Abstract: AI is entering many areas, including healthcare to support diagnosis, treatment, management and prevention of diseases. The capabilities of various smart IoTs are used to collect data, monitor progress, and make recommendations. However, there is still no fully integrated system that would unite data from electronic health records, various diagnostic platforms, telemedicine services and smart IoT into a single system. The studies conducted on the improvement of patients' health and self-esteem are for short periods and cannot provide evidence of the benefit in the long term. In addition, there are a number of hindering factors for such a system, related to the processing of sensitive information, ensuring data security, standardizing the type and formats of collected data, as well as individual devices and platforms, the possibilities for equal access to resources and staff training, etc. In view of the possible applications and main limitations of AI technologies, a conceptual model of an integrated AI system in healthcare is proposed.
