Abstract: This article brings forward aspects of governance in the school education systems and it starts from the idea of approaching the governance in a culture of active participation democracy in which the decisional process presents more steps, a reevaluation of governance influencing the thinking and the perception. The matrix of democratic principles interaction with the scholastic fields takes us to the conclusion of the inversion of the proportion between responsibility and assuming, restriction and freedom.
