Abstract: In the article, the author analyzes the impact of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, which began in February 2014, and the subsequent occupation of part of the Ukrainian territory on the implementation of social and labor rights of the local population. A historical review of the formation of the category of human rights in international law and their correlation with armed conflicts is conducted. The situation with the restriction of labor and social human rights in Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict is shown, primarily in the occupied territories.
