Abstract: The fourth industrial revolution has changed the world economy. One of them is using artificial intelligence in almost every organization area, including HR departments. This paper aims to bridge this gap by identifying and presenting the opportunities and the main psychological risks or dangers employees will face when exposed to systems based on artificial intelligence. Content analysis of references obtained in a systematic literature review was used as a research tool. AI contributes to increasing the safety and comfort of work, but artificial intelligence is associated with many dangers. In the future, human resources management departments will have a huge role in implementing and using technologies based on artificial intelligence, and HR managers will be responsible for potential dangers.
