Findings The analysis reveals that flexible organizational structures and transformational leadership significantly enhance team collaboration, which in turn fosters innovation. Furthermore, organizational culture serves as a crucial mediator, amplifying the positive influence of collaboration on innovative outcomes. Practical Implications Organizations should prioritize the cultivation of adaptable structures and leadership styles that promote a collaborative culture, particularly in hybrid settings. Such strategies are essential for driving innovation and improving organizational performance.
