The Europlacement Project and the problems of employing young people in Italy

Abstract: This article presents the theoretical approach of the Europlacement with particular reference to the economic crisis and to the Italian university system. In the first section, there is a presentation of the structural changes of the Italian Universities system and of the strategies for improving the employability of young people in Italy. The second section is devoted to the human capital in Italy and the self-referential nature of the system of centralized education and the third section focuses on the integration of training and employment.
