Abstract: Recent economic and cultural changes have complicated the transition from university to the labour market, which highlights a renewed need for undergraduates' and postgraduates' orientation and guidance. In this paper we shall try to reflect on the practices of university guidance and on how it is possible to promote the transferability of non-formal and informal learning for graduates, which is useful for employment purposes.
