Abstract: W artykule przybliżono zagadnienie pomiaru dokonań controllingu opierając się na dorobku literaturowym oraz badaniach empirycznych prowadzonych przez autora. Wskazano miary, które mogą być wykorzystane w pomiarze i ocenie procesów controllingu i ich rezultatów. Wyniki pomiaru mogą być wykorzystywane w celu potwierdzenia sprawności stosowania controllingu w przedsiębiorstwie oraz określenia ścieżek jego doskonalenia i rozwoju.
