Abstract: The services sector is characterised by a number of specifics. Their identification in ICT implementation in businesses facilitates the decision-making of services industries for such information technologies which allow businesses to differentiate their services from competitors and increase productivity. Therefore is important to identify the core activities of companies in relation to the nature of the production of services sectors, corporate strategies and services specifics.
