Abstract:
Choosing the right leadership style is a constant concern in business management because it can directly influence its financial results. Through this paper, we wanted to check to what extent the leadership style can influence the level of satisfaction of the employee, his desire to change jobs, and to what extent it accentuates or improves the effects generated by the COVID-19 pandemic (anxiety, work from home, the economic crisis generated]. We also wanted to check to what extent a high degree of job satisfaction can negatively influence the employee’s desire to look for a new job. In the empirical research, we used the MLQ questionnaire to determine the management style, and we used the Likert scale for other variables.
