Abstract: It is well known that the performance of a person or of an organization depends on the degree of development (skills, competencies, knowledge, experiences) which may be achieved through a continuous process of learning; process which starts in medium schools and can depend on the efforts of teachers, of their commitment, passion, and enthusiasm to obtain results.
