Abstract: The article presents city modeling processes based on generative artificial intelligence systems. A Cased Based Reasoning (CBR) method is proposed to formalize the modeling processes. The proposal to use this method stems from the author’s experience in formalizing knowledge about urban development and analyzing development cases. It is proposed to conduct four research experiments on urban development processes, which will be recorded in case knowledge bases. The generalization of the cases using the CBR method will form the basis for forecasting urban development.
