Abstract: Die Verlangsamung der Konjunktur beeinflußt den österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt. Im vergangenen Jahr dominierten allerdings noch andere Faktoren, wie langfristig geänderte Verhaltensweisen und der außergewöhnlich starker Zustrom von ausländischen Arbeitskräften. 1992 jedoch wird die Konjunkturabschwächung die Entwicklung bestimmen.
