Abstract: Die Weltwirtschaft befindet sich weiterhin in einer Phase schwacher Konjunktur, eine Überwindung der Talsohle zeichnet sich noch nicht ab. Die österreichische Wirtschaft hat sich angesichts dieser internationalen Entwicklung gut gehalten. Bauwirtschaft, Reiseverkehr und Konsum sind die Stützen der Konjunktur. Die zunehmenden Probleme des Exportsektors werden jedoch durch die starke Nachfrage im Inland nur zugedeckt.
