Abstract: Die jüngsten Konjunkturdaten lassen noch keine Trendumkehr zu einer Belebung erkennen. Andererseits scheint Österreichs Wirtschaft gegen Rezessionsgefahren vorerst gut abgesichert zu sein. Im Inland florieren Bauwirtschaft und Tourismus; im Export können Lieferungen in östliche Nachbarländer die Schwäche auf anderen Märkten teilweise überbrücken.
