WIFO Monatsberichte (monthly reports), 1993, vol. 66, issue 6, 303-313

Abstract: Die Rezession der österreichischen Wirtschaft hält an. Die Exporte unterschritten im I. Quartal 1993 das Vorjahresniveau um 8%, die Industrie schränkte ihre Produktion um 5½% ein, und die Arbeitslosenquote stieg um fast 1 Prozentpunkt. Die Talsohle der Konjunktur dürfte aber noch nicht erreicht sein. Im WIFO-Konjunkturtest von Ende April beurteilten die Unternehmer Auftragslage und Kapazitätsauslastung wieder etwas ungünstiger als in der letzten Umfrage.
