Abstract: In Europa erreicht der Aufschwung schon 1995 mit einem mäßigen realen Wachstum von 3% seinen Höhepunkt. Während in den Weichwährungsländern das hohe Zinsniveau und die restriktive Fiskalpolitik die Inlandsnachfrage dämpfen, ist in den Hartwährungsländern die Exportnachfrage durch die Wechselkursentwicklung belastet.
