Abstract: Die im WIFO-Investitionstest erfaßten Unternehmen steigerten ihre Investitionen 1995 gegenüber dem Vorjahr nominell um 4% und planen für 1996 eine weitere Ausweitung um 12%. Die Industrie will ihre Ausgaben 1996 um ein Fünftel erhöhen. In der Bauwirtschaft sanken die Investitionen 1995, und auch für 1996 wird ein geringeres Volumen erwartet. Die Elektrizitätswirtschaft dürfte 1995 etwas mehr investiert haben als im Vorjahr, für heuer ist ein Anstieg um 13% vorgesehen. Die Ausgaben der Verkehrs- und Versorgungsbetriebe werden nach der Ausweitung 1995 heuer deutlich eingeschränkt.
