Abstract: Die Landwirtschaft ist von der geplanten Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion besonders betroffen, weil in diesem Sektor die Integration weit fortgeschritten ist. Für die österreichische Landwirtschaft überwiegen die Vorteile der Teilnahme an der WWU. Der Übergang zum Euro birgt allerdings Risken: Ein niedriger Umrechnungskurs des Euro zum Schilling könnte die Agrareinkommen belasten.
