Abstract: Die heimische Konjunktur hat sich dank einer stärkeren Auslandsnachfrage zur Jahreswende etwas belebt. Die Produktionserwartungen der Industrieunternehmen waren Ende Jänner laut WIFO-Konjunkturtest erstmals seit Anfang 1995 leicht positiv. Andererseits haben steigende Importe und sinkende Reiseverkehrsüberschüsse die Leistungsbilanz weiter passiviert.
