WIFO Monatsberichte (monthly reports), 2003, vol. 76, issue 9, 659-665

Abstract: Erstmals weisen die Indikatoren auf eine möglicherweise bevorstehende internationale Konjunkturerholung hin. In den USA hat sich die Wirtschaft durch massive wirtschaftspolitische Ankurbelung im II. Quartal spürbar belebt. Das nährt auch die Hoffnung auf eine Erholung in Europa in den kommenden Monaten. Die aktuellen Daten für den Euro-Raum und für Österreich geben allerdings noch keinen Konjunkturaufschwung wieder.
