Wachstum der europäischen Bauwirtschaft verlangsamt sich bis 2010

Abstract: Nach dem Bauboom 2006 (real +3,8%) prognostizieren die im Forschungsnetzwerk Euroconstruct vertretenen europäischen Länder eine Abschwächung des realen Wachstums in der Bauwirtschaft. Im Jahr 2007 stieg das reale Bauvolumen um 2%, für 2008 bis 2010 wird eine weitere Verlangsamung des Wachstums auf 1½% erwartet. Die Wachstumsverlangsamung trifft vor allem Westeuropa (+1% p.a.), während die Bauwirtschaft in Ost-Mitteleuropa boomt (+8½% p.a.). Große Bauvorhaben vor allem in der Verkehrsinfrastruktur mit mittelfristigem Planungshorizont sichern 2008 bis 2010 dem Sektor in Österreich ein überdurchschnittliches Wachstum (+2½% p.a.).
