Abstract: Die Wirtschaftsentwicklung verliert im Euro-Raum weiter an Dynamik, jedoch fehlen bislang Hinweise auf einen scharfen Einbruch der Produktion. Die Wirtschaftspolitik diskutiert Maßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung des Vertrauens der Finanzmärkte in die Haushaltsführung der Euro-Länder. Auch Länder mit bislang relativ niedriger Staatsverschuldung sind mit steigenden Finanzierungskosten konfrontiert.
