WIFO Monatsberichte (monthly reports), 2025, vol. 98, issue 5, 235-242

Abstract: Laut WIFO-Schnellschätzung von Ende April wuchs das österreichische Bruttoinlandsprodukt im I. Quartal 2025 leicht (+0,2%). Ermöglicht wurde dies durch eine Ausweitung der Exporte und anhaltend hohe öffentliche Konsumausgaben. Das Verbrauchervertrauen und die Unternehmensstimmung sind weiterhin getrübt. Angesichts des erneuten Abwärtstrends einiger Vorlaufindikatoren und der hohen wirtschaftspolitischen Unsicherheit ist eine neuerliche Abschwächung der Wirtschaftsdynamik nicht unwahrscheinlich.
