Abstract:
Real GDP in Austria will grow on average by 2.5 percent per year until 2011, which is a much faster pace than in the past six years when expansion was retarded by the sluggish European economy and slow domestic demand. Acceleration of medium-term growth will be somewhat faster in Austria than on the average of the euro area.
