Generalized resolvents and spectrum for a certain class of perturbed symmetric operators

Abstract: The generalized resolvents for a certain class of perturbed symmetric operators with equal and finite deficiency indices are investigated. Using the Weinstein‐Aronszajn formula, we give a classification of the spectrum.
