Antony Dnes
Managerial and Decision Economics, 1999, vol. 20, issue 5, 291-292
Abstract:

The contract needs to be self-supporting, which may be achieved by the careful structuring of the timing of payments. Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
