Abstract:
The study aims to explain the predictive effect of SCMP on supply chain performance, innovative culture, and firm performance. The quantitative research method was used for data collection, and analysis was done through PLS‐SEM. The results revealed that supply chain management practices significantly influence supply chain performance and textile firm's performance. Furthermore, innovative culture has an insignificant effect on firm performance and on the other side, supply chain performance has a contributory effect on the firm performance. Supply chain performance meditates the relationship between SCMP and FP.
