Abstract:
Visibility probabilities are studied for Poisson shadowing processes in the plane, with stationary targets and several observation points. Efficient algorithms are developed for the computation of simultaneous visibility probabilities of several targets from various observation points and the corresponding probabilities of elementary events. From these basic probabilities distribution of relevant random variables can be computed.
