Abstract:
Editor Max J. Skidmore continues the journal's analyses of TANF and other welfare programs, presenting additional penetrating evaluation from a conservative whose concern for accuracy leads him to take his fellow conservatives to task for erroneous reporting—reporting that incorrectly portrays “reform” as a success. The conservative, “Peter the Citizen,” adds to his previous comments on the subject.
