Standard CMMISM appraisal method for process improvement (SCAMPISM): Improvements and integration

Abstract: This article provides an overview of the major changes to the appraisal‐related products of the CMMISM Product Suite—the Appraisal Requirements for CMMISM (ARC) and the Standard CMMISM Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPISM) Method Definition Document. The article also provides a brief development history of the appraisal products, a discussion of the key features of SCAMPISM, and a summary of how the version 1.1 products were created. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
