The SEI transition partner program for CMMISM

Abstract: The Software Engineering Institute's Transition Partner Program encourages the rapid adoption of software engineering innovations, while maintaining a consistent approach to instruction and ensuring high‐quality results. This article describes how the program works for Capability Maturity Model®IntegrationSM(CMMISM), including the reasons that organizations seek to become SEI‐authorized transition partners for CMMISM and the criteria and steps for becoming partners. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
