Abstract: This thesis expounds the current situation of rural human resources of Tianjin with the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the macroscopic and microscopic data under the research background of new-type urbanization. Then the paper summarizes the factors influencing rural human resources development by factor analysis method. Based on the study mentioned above, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on rural human resources development.
