Abstract:
Amid deepening China-Vietnam political ties, divergences in public perception persist due to history, national interests and external influences. Strengthening people-to-people connections within a shared community of destiny requires targeted approaches: expanding second-track diplomacy, enhancing climate cooperation and adopting more effective public narratives. From a Chinese perspective, addressing these challenges can build trust, bridge gaps in mutual understanding and reinforce the foundation for robust bilateral relations.
