Abstract: Fractional calculus is strongly tied to the dynamics of complicated real-world phenomena. The goal of this study is to employ a fractal fractional mathematical model with vaccine effects to solve HBV infection. We provide a novel numerical technique for fractal–fractional model with many graphical results. Moreover, we present by comparing these two operators for many values of the fractal and fractional order parameters g and w. The effects of vaccination have been examined more thoroughly because vaccination results are not cent percent in some epidemic circumstances, e.g. vaccinated people can also be deemed as susceptible people. The dynamical behavior of the fractal–fractional HBV model with modified vaccination effects is examined utilizing the Atangana–Baleanu approach.
