Abstract: The driving force behind this paper is a generic, advice-giving computer program. It collects knowledge about its past users' policymaking behavior. We concentrate here on analyzing such knowledge. That is, we document which policy-evaluation criteria are the most important for each type of person — their "policymaking style". Such knowledge allows us to predict what people's favored policies will be. It also enables us to estimate where, within the community, any particular policy will find its strongest supporters. Such anticipation — "decision intelligence", helps any profession to better empathize with the needs of its clientele.
