Abstract:
Coadaptation is one of the relational capabilities (RC) dimensions and it refers to the ability organizations have to adapt resources to increase the benefits provided by their partnerships. It is in this scenario that this research lies since it aimed to compare the similarities of the coadaptation dimension in cooperations for the development of non-profit (Group N) and profit-oriented (Group P) technologies. Factors such as “adaptation to partners†were mentioned in Group P. However, in Group N, “increased social credibility†was more cited. This research helps deepen the knowledge about non-profit-oriented technologies cooperation and the coadaptation dimension. Future research can discuss similar issues but addressing the other dimensions.
