Abstract:
Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to people’s capacity to effectively understand, recognize, and experience feelings in everyday life. The engagement of organizational innovatively inevitably creates tension, conflict, debate and disagreement, which are emotionally charged because complex organizations need control, predictability, as well as creativity and change. To address this gap, this paper analyzed employee interaction and innovation as a strong moderator of the organization. The EI for employees predicted positively about the dimensions of dedication (strength, commitment, and absorption) and satisfaction with the overall work. The qualitative approach called Adaptive Heterogeneous Cognitive Interaction Model (AHCIM) has been proposed based on artificial intelligence to enhance the employee’s innovation, engagement, and improve organizational performance. This research seeks to explain the factors involved in sustaining and strengthening healthy attitudes at work, presenting the first, inspiring evidence that work commitment plays a role in the EI job satisfaction relation. Their observations expand the literature of EI by illustrating how EI is related to optimistic attitudes of workers and suggesting that measures to improve EI may prove successful in increasing workplace satisfaction.
