Abstract:
Entrepreneurial organizations experience continuous pressures for change. Remaining competitive requires improving group effectiveness. Entrepreneurs can monitor these changes and improve their firm by using a learning metaphor. The ’Self Evaluation and Effectiveness Review’ (SEER) model is a process which offers decision makers a systematic and focused review format in which all members participate to enhance learning.
