Abstract:
A literature review is used as a basis to identify and present four key strategic issues addressed by entrepreneurs in modern Chinese enterprises: special economic zones, comprador concept, "rule of man" legal system, and social status. Survey questionnaire research is conducted and data analysis performed to assess responses by Chinese entrepreneurs concerning the strategic issues. The findings are reported.
