Abstract:
One can become a businessman by creating a new business, by purchasing or restarting an existing business, by taking a financial interest or by succession. The course to be followed is of varying difficulty. If they are to be successful, creators of new business require considerable entrepreneurial potential. The latter consists of a combination of creative potential, negotiating skills, a capacity for internal communication, a capacity for resistance to setback, and potential for action. These elements will determine their chances of success.
