Abstract:
The ionization-potential measurements ofLinHmclusters with3≤n≤11and0≤m≤6are presented. Their evolution is dominated by the number of electrons which are delocalized in the cluster. The analysis is in favor of a segregation between a metallic part and an insulating part in the mixed cluster. By comparison with alkali-halide clusters results, the existence of possible cuboid structures is discussed.
