Abstract:
The method of investigation of the illuminated semiconductor–electrolyte interface by using longitudinal and cross surface fields was suggested. The complex analysis of obtained spectral dependences at different values of applied fields allows one to make suppositions about criteria which determine which process — the motion along the surface or transfer across the interface — is dominated at the corresponding conditions.
