Abstract:
N-doped carbon nanotubes (CNTs) arrays were fabricated via simply chemical modifying porous alumina membrane (PAM) with dopamine. The diameter ofN-doped CNTs is about 60–70 nm. TheN/Catomic ratio is calculated to be 0.05 and the main functionality is pyridone/pyrroleN. This chemical modifying method can be used to fabricate mass ofN-doped CNTs arrays in one step with single raw material.
