Fluctuations in an open economy model under fixed exchange rate regime

Abstract:
The dynamic macroeconomic model of an open economy which was introduced in [8] is studied under fixed exchange rate regime. Sufficient conditions for the existence of an isolated equilibrium and for the existence of business cycles are found.
